Athletic Talent · FlexWay™
Where sport meets strategy. A dual career pathway placing student athletes into France's leading business institutions.
WHERE SPORT MEETS STRATEGY
A career after the game planned before it.
Every student-athlete carries a discipline U.S. campuses reward and French business schools recognize as leadership currency. FlexWay™ turns that discipline into an academic pathway with scouting, assessment, matching, and advisory support that lasts through enrollment.
SPORTS WE WORK WITH
Three primary sports. Broader partner network on request.
Basketball
Scouted through partner clubs, camps, and prep programs.
Volleyball
Direct pipelines through club coaches and regional showcases.
Tennis
Individual assessment plus academic profile matching.
HOW FLEX WAY ™ WORKS
Three phases. One dual career outcome.
Scouting & Assessment
On court on field evaluation plus academic and language screening.
Program Matching
Direct match to partner institutions with academic + athletic fit.
Ongoing Advisory
Support through visa, enrollment, and first semester in France.
DUAL CAREER PATHWAY
Sport is temporary. Provenance is not.
The best athletic careers end in transition. FlexWay™ ensures that transition is planned, dignified, and productive with a business degree, a professional network, and a country ready to receive the next chapter.
